About Us

The club is situated at the western end of Pine Avenue that is just north of the Gibbons Street exit from State Highway 2 and River Road.  Club membership presently stands slightly in excess of one hundred and eighty members who play on Monday, Thursday evenings, and Friday afternoons. 

Our playing sessions are not graded. Monday night sessions are attended by all standards of players, Thursday night sessions are for experienced players who have been playing for two to three years after completing lessons. The Friday afternoon session is regarded as a social afternoon when players stop half way through the playing session for afternoon tea.
Visitors are most welcome and should contact the relevant convenor, to ensure space is available at a table and to obtain a playing partner if required. Our membership takes pride in extending the hand of friendship to all new members and visitors. A feature of our clubrooms is the provision of access and separate toilet facilities for handicap members. A series of lessons are provided for those wishing to learn the fascinating game of Bridge.
